History meets comfort and modernity in this stylish apartment in the very heart of Fergana. The apartment is a short stride from some of the city's most popular spots such as the Central Bazaar, Al-Farg'oniy Park, and popular eateries like Traktir and Yaponamama. With two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a cozy common area, this is the perfect stay for a small family or couples travelling together. The space 🛏️Sleeping areas🛏️ 🔵The main bedroom has a comfortable super king sized bed (UK measurements) that is 180x200 cm. 🔵The secondary bedroom has two small single beds that are 80x200 cm each. The beds can be snugly combined into one larger bed that is 160x200 cm, depending on your needs. 🔵Both bedrooms have "blackout" blinds designed to keep out sunlight, so that guests can sleep in as late as they'd like. 🚻Bathrooms🚻 🔵The main bathroom has a toilet, sink, walk-in shower and laundry machine. 🔵The secondary bathroom has a toilet and sink, convenient for situations where the main bathroom is occupied. 🛋️Common areas🛋️ 🔵In the center of the apartment there is a living room with a couch and large TV where guests can sit and relax. 🔵Near the living room there is also a dining area that can comfortably fit 4-5 people. 🍴Kitchen🍴 🔵The kitchen includes a fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, and hot water kettle. 🔵Past the kitchen there is a spacious pantry where guests can also store food and groceries. Other things to note 🔵All guest are welcome! We do not discriminate based on nationality, religion, marital status, or any other personal factors. We do however require that all guests staying with us submit copies of their passports. 🔵Please note that our apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-story building. While we’ve taken thoughtful steps to reduce outside noise and the space is generally peaceful, you may occasionally hear normal sounds from above such as footsteps or everyday activity. If sound ever becomes a concern, we’ll do our best to address it promptly and ensure it doesn’t take away from your experience. 🔵We provide complimentary online registration to those who request it, or to anyone staying three nights or longer (in accordance with Uzbek law.) 🔵We provide all our guests with a curated list of sightseeing options and our favorite local restaurants. We're always happy to provide additional recommendations or tips based on your interests. 🔵We provide all guests with an initial supply of toilet paper, soap, and laundry gel which is typically sufficient for most short visits. Long term guests will however need to purchase these things on their own after going through the initial supply. Please also note that we do not provide shampoo or shower gel, but these sometimes might be available if left behind by previous guests. 🔵High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, and there are ethernet ports near the work desks in both rooms as well as near the dining table. 🔵Please review the house rules section. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the apartment 🚭. Please remove your shoes at the entrance and use the provided slippers when inside the apartment.
