Vacation rental with a patio

The apartment is located in the basement of our house with its own entrance and access to the front garden with terrace and terrace furniture. The apartment is surrounded by tall trees and is located in a residential street. Free parking is available right in front of the house. The place is very quiet, surrounded by meadows and forests. From here you can explore nature in all directions. The space The rooms are simple and cozy. In the living room there is a small 4 sqm room with a bed, perfect for children and teenagers or if the partner has to flee from the snoring of his favorite person. The sofa in the living room can be pulled out and also used as a sleeping place. In the bedroom there is a king size box spring bed. If that's too soft for you, you can move to the third bed in the bedroom. So, in total, there are 5 sleeping places. The terrace is covered and in summer you can use the meadow in front of it for sunbathing, etc. It is very quiet in the street, except on Saturday, when of course everyone does their gardening. The lawnmower can be started. But we always check if our guests are on the way and put it in this time. Guest access The apartment is located in the basement of our house and has a separate entrance and its own terrace. I will send you a key code before arrival with which you can then open the door by entering the numbers. Upon request, I will also give you a key. Other things to note I have one more request, do not take our cat into the apartment and do not feed him, he is just too chubby. There are also raccoons here, so don't leave any food outside. Please do not have parties, we and our neighbors thank you. No smoking, vaping, etc. inside the apartment. But on the terrace you can enjoy your cigarettes, of course.
