We look forward to welcoming you to the beautiful holiday region on the Edersee. You live in a cozy, freshly renovated in 2019 and largely newly equipped apartment. The apartment is located in the new development area overlooking the open field, and by car you can reach Lake Edersee with its many attractions and leisure facilities in just 5 minutes. The space The apartment is located on the second upper floor, and they reach them via their own staircase. When they enter the apartment, there is straight out, the "Master Bedroom", with a lattice cot for a toddler who can still sleep with the parents. Through the hallway you can reach the bathroom, shower and private washing machine and dryer. A stool for the children, for easier reaching the sink, is just as self-evident here, as a children's attachment for the toilet. At the end of the hallway, you will come to the spacious living room with 2 sofas with sleeping function. There is a 55 "Smart TV with 3-D function and a 2.1 Dolby Sourround Sound System as well as a PlayStation 4 (PS4) equipped with the games. FIFA 15, Madden 16, Little Big Planet 3 (for the little ones) and "the Last of us" equipped. BlueRays (10 pieces in different genres are available for viewing) also plays the PS4. This is where your cozy cinema evening or your play session can take place. In the hallway you can reach the attic via a beautiful newly painted space-saving staircase, here you will find a fully equipped walk-through kitchen with built-in fridge incl. Freezer, Dishwasher, Filter Coffee Machine, Microwave, Oven and Stove. Behind another door and therefore very practically located directly at the kitchen, you will find a dining room and a play area for the little guests. The room is cooled by air conditioning on the warned days. In front of the house you have 2 private parking spaces. 2 streets away there is a nice children's playground. Big and small are welcome here, and will certainly feel very comfortable.
