We look forward to welcoming you to the beautiful holiday region on Lake Edersee. You will stay in a cozy apartment, newly renovated in 2019 and largely newly equipped. The apartment is located in the new development area overlooking the open field. By car you can reach the Edersee with its many attractions and leisure opportunities in just 5 minutes. The space The apartment is on the second floor, and you can reach it via a private staircase. When you enter the apartment, the "master bedroom" is straight ahead, with a crib for a toddler who can still sleep with the parents. Across the hallway you can reach the bathroom, with shower and your own washing machine and a dryer. A stool for the children, to make it easier to reach the sink, is just as much a matter of course here as a child attachment for the toilet. At the end of the hallway, you enter the spacious living room with 2 sofas with a sleeping function. There is a 55-inch Smart TV with 3D function and a 2.1 Dolby surround sound system as well as a PlayStation 4 (PS4) equipped with the games. FIFA 15, Madden 16, Little Big Planet 3 (for the little ones) and "the Last of us". Blu-rays (10 pieces in different genres are available for viewing) are also played by the PS4. Here your cozy movie night or your game session can take place. In the hallway you can reach the attic via a beautiful newly painted space-saving staircase, here you will find a fully equipped built-in kitchen with built-in refrigerator incl. freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, microwave, oven and stove. Behind another door and therefore very conveniently located directly by the kitchen, you will find a dining room and a play corner for the little guests. The room is cooled by air conditioning on warm days. In front of the house you have 2 private parking spaces. 2 streets away there is a nice children's playground. Big and small are most welcome here, and will certainly feel very comfortable. Our cleaning fairy Christina came up with the idea of offering a nice drinks bar, delicious snacks and the most important things of daily use at fair prices in the apartment.
