This also comes under Extenuating Circumstances. I can promise you that in the circumstance that you are unable to travel due to petrol shortages or Airport closures, I will override any cancellation policy and will organise a refund for you. There would be only two considerations for you: 1) When a guest is entitled to a refund, we reserve the right to pass on any credit card transaction fees to the primary booking guest, relating to their reservation. 2) We would just require any kind of documentation of proof, to confirm your cancellation request falls within the 'Extenuating Circumstances'. Suburban family home in a quiet neighbourhood. We have a portacot and a highchair for young families. Ducted heating throughout the entire house including bedrooms & bathrooms. Split system air-conditioning in the open plan living/dining/kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private fenced back yard with BBQ. Close to: - Noble Park Train Station - Noble Plaza - Parkmore shopping centre - RSL, Club Noble (Sports club) Community Centre - Skate Park, Aquatic Centre - 'Water for all'. - Primary school & secondary college. - South Eastern Private Hospital, TLC Noble Gardens Aged Care. Guest access The entire house, excluding locked cupboard in laundry room. Other things to note *Please park in the garage at the end of the driveway. If you park in the driveway, you will be blocking neighbours access to their garage. *IMPORTANT* Please observe the Convex mirror when approaching the garage, as this allows for clear visibility of the neighbours garage on the left. Be aware and allow for the possibility that the neighbour may be exiting their garage behind the blind wall. *Rubbish collection: Please put bins out onto the nature strip on Tuesday night, ready for Wednesday morning collection. *Dryer is in the garage. *We provide an Amenities 'Starter Pack' for your convenience upon arrival. Once the starter pack has been used up, you will need to purchase your own essentials. *There is a RoboVac. *If you wish to use the portacot, please bring your own cot linen & bedding. *BBQ gear is in a container on the bottom shelf of the kitchen pantry, along with the first aid kit and fire safety gear. *Please be aware that Requests for Additional Services will come with Additional Fees
