A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping comfort, offering space for up to two children or another adult. From the living space, you directly access the spacious, partially covered terrace with a view of the greenery – an ideal place for cosy outdoor meals or relaxed evenings with a glass of wine. The well-maintained garden area is available to all guests and invites you to linger with a sunbathing lawn and barbecue spot. The apartment's equipment includes free WiFi, satellite Tv, an air conditioning system (available for a fee) as well as all important kitchen utensils - including coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
