The space The place has two separate properties, each with their own entrance: a house for up to 8 guests and an apartment for up to 4 guests. The entire place will be yours! The house counts with two bedrooms: Bedroom #1 has a full size bed that comfortably fits up to 2 adults. Bedroom #2 has two bunk beds with the following arrangement each: upper twin size bed and a lower full size bed. This bedroom can accommodate up to 6 guests total. There are two full bathrooms, one inside and another outside FULL bathroom. The space has a full kitchen with a microwave, double-door refrigerator, 5-burner gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, pots, large sink, plates, cutlery, and glasses. The apartment has a queen size bed and sofa bed. The bedroom can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. It has a kitchen and TV. IMPORTANT: No events are permitted. Only registered guests are allowed into the property. - It is extremely important NOT to SMOKE inside the property, this is strictly prohibited. If you do so, you will be charged a penalty fee for additional cleaning expenses as required. The only designated smoking areas are outside by the sidewalk and onwards.
