Luxurious apartment with private wellness area

Spend unforgettable holidays in the luxurious apartment located on the 1st floor of our house. The 115 m² apartment includes 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom with extra bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room and a bathroom with bathtub and a nice large shower. If necessary, you can also make single beds from the double beds. Outside there is a guest seating area and our private wellness area which can be used for a fee. The space The tastefully furnished rooms are equipped with box spring beds and a closet. They offer plenty of space for up to 5-6 people. A desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels are available in each room. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a large shower. In the large living and dining room there is a table with up to 8 chairs, a seating area and a wall of shelves with satellite TV. For the little ones in your family we can provide a baby/crib for 5.00 euros per day, as well as a high chair. Pets are allowed. There is a fee of EUR 10.00 per pet per night. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. Pots, dishes, cutlery, etc. are sufficiently available. On request, we will gladly serve you a delicious breakfast for 14.90 euros per person per day. If needed, a washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Garden furniture is available on the guest terrace. A grill is provided upon request. The jacuzzi and sauna in the wellness area can be booked all year round for up to 4-5 people and you can enjoy a relaxing time in a private atmosphere. The following fees apply for use: 2-person sauna, €17.50 per person for 1.5 hours. From From 3 people €15.00 per person The same price scale applies to the hot tub. Due to water hygiene, the hot tub may only be used without textiles. Unfortunately, toddlers who still wear diapers are not allowed to use the pool. The costs are billed depending on use and must be paid in cash on site. The hot tub and sauna cannot be used at the same time!!! Our hot tub is not a party bathtub and may not be used for religious washing or the like, but is intended for health relaxation. The use is limited to two hours and until the next use there must be at least four hours because we have to treat the water hygienically. You can park your car in the guest parking lot on our property. Guest access Park right in front of the house in our guest parking lot on the street "Hinter dem Helges."
