RedHawk Retreat is a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch-style home in Spanish Fork, Utah, set on a working hobby farm with open skies and wide mountain views. Just minutes from I-15, parks, shops, and local events, it's also a great base for exploring Salt Lake City, ski resorts, and the scenic Nebo Loop. Come for the quiet mornings and the goats who will absolutely watch you unload your car. Guests tell us it feels like home, and we're glad it does. The space Inside you'll find 2,000 sq. ft. of comfortable space with a bright, open floor plan. The living room is built around a massive sectional, a big TV, and a working gas fireplace, an easy place for everyone to land at the end of the day. The kitchen is well stocked with full-size appliances, granite counters, and everything you need for real meals. There's also a quiet workspace off the garage entry, an oversized laundry room, and a cozy sitting room for curling up with a book. Three bedrooms and two baths give everyone room to spread out, plus an attached garage with a remote opener. Out back, the spacious fenced yard has a BBQ, a firepit with wood to use, and plenty of lawn for cornhole, with the set waiting in the garage. Stick around for the sunsets, they're the best part of the day out here. Our goats live just across the driveway, easy to watch from the fence, with the cow pasture behind them. Our chickens free range all over, so don't be surprised when a few wander through the backyard to say hello. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and fenced backyard. Entryways – The front door and living room patio door are equipped with smart keypads for easy access. Guests will receive the front door code upon check-in. Parking – Guests may park in front of the house or inside the garage. Garage Door Opener – A garage door opener is provided for convenience. If lost, a replacement fee will be charged. Property Boundaries – Please stay within the front yard and the fenced backyard, and don't feed or approach the animals or enter their pens. Other things to note Pets - No pets are allowed indoors or outdoors. Smoking - No smoking of any kind, including vapes and e-cigarettes, indoors. Quiet hours - Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. Parking - A maximum of 4 guest vehicles. The garage fits 1 large or 2 small vehicles, with additional parking on the gravel in front of the house. Guests - Anyone not included in your booking must be approved in advance. Security cameras - For guest safety and property security we have three exterior cameras: a Ring doorbell at the front entry, one facing the driveway and front yard, and one facing the backyard. These are outdoor only and do not record any interior space. Tampering with or disabling them may result in a $200 reconnect fee. Damages and theft - Carefully documented and may result in fines to cover repairs or replacement. Guests may be charged an additional cleaning fee for excessive mess. Policies - Failure to follow these policies may result in fines or cancellation of your stay without a refund. Cancellations - Our policy is moderate, and we recommend travelers' insurance. We don't refund for weather, wildlife, internet or power outages, illness, or other situations outside our control. Lost and found - Items are held for 7 days and can be claimed in that window. Unclaimed items are donated to a local charity. Claimed items may be picked up or mailed at the owner's cost.
