Located in Spanish Fork, Utah, RedHawk Retreat offers a refreshing escape with open skies, mountain views, and the unique feel of a working hobby farm. Just minutes from I-15, parks, shops, and local events, it's also a great base for exploring Salt Lake City, ski resorts, and the scenic Nebo Loop. The space Inside RedHawk Retreat, you’ll find 2,000 sq. ft. of inviting space, including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a bright, open floor plan. The living room features a massive sectional and a giant TV—perfect for family movie nights. The well-appointed kitchen includes full-size appliances and everything you need for easy meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious mudroom with a dedicated workspace, an oversized laundry room down the hall, and a cozy sitting room, perfect for snuggling up with a book. Outside, enjoy our sprawling fenced backyard with a BBQ, firepit, and plenty of space to relax under the sun or stars. You might spot a few friendly farm animals and free-range chickens wandering nearby—just another part of the country vibe. Our unique Lotus Tent provides extra room for lounging or sleeping outdoors—just bring sleeping bags or inquire about rentals. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and fenced backyard. Entryways – The front door and living room patio door are equipped with smart keypads for easy access. Guests will receive the front door code upon check-in. Parking – Guests may park in front of the house or inside the garage. Garage Door Opener – A garage door opener is provided for convenience. If lost, a replacement fee will be charged. Other things to note Pets – No pets are allowed indoors or outdoors. Damages/Theft – Theft or damage to property at RedHawk Retreat is carefully documented. Any theft or damages may result in fines to cover the cost of repairs or replacements. Cleaning Fee – Guests may be charged an additional cleaning fee for excessive mess, determined by the extent of required cleaning. No smoking of any substances, including vapes and e-cigarettes, indoors. Any form of criminal activity is strictly prohibited. Large Gatherings – Guests not included in your booking must be approved by the host in advance. Hosting unapproved guests is a serious violation of house rules. If more guests than approved are found on the property, you may be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Parking – A maximum of 4 guest vehicles is allowed on the premises. The garage can accommodate 1 large vehicle or 2 small vehicles. Additional parking is available on the gravel in front of the house. Security Cameras- For guest safety and property security, we have 3 exterior cameras on-site: a Ring doorbell at the front entry, one camera facing the driveway & front yard, and another camera facing the backyard. These are outdoor only and do not record any interior spaces. Tampering with or disabling the cameras may result in a $200 reconnect fee. Quiet Hours – Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 11pm - 7am. Farm Boundaries – Enjoy the fenced backyard and front yard, but please do not venture beyond gated areas for safety. Animals – While the cows and horses are fun to watch, do not enter animal enclosures or attempt to feed them. Lotus Tent Use- Guests are welcome to enjoy the 16' Lotus Tent as a unique space for relaxing or sleeping under the stars. You're welcome to bring your own sleeping bags or inquire about rentals. Please do not bring indoor blankets or linens outside, as an additional cleaning fee may apply. To help preserve the tent, no sharp objects are allowed inside, and guests may be held liable for damage or excessive mess. ⚠ Failure to comply with these policies may result in fines, cancellation of your stay without a refund, or, in serious cases, law enforcement involvement. Our cancellation policy is moderate, and we advise travelers to purchase travelers' insurance. We don't refund for weather, bugs, wildlife, internet interruptions, power outages, burning bans, wind storms, snow storms, floods, Covid-19, sickness, or any unforeseen situations out of our control. Lost & Found – We make every effort to return crucial items left behind. All lost items will be held for 7 days, during which they can be claimed. After this period, unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity. Claimed items may be picked up or mailed back, with shipping costs covered by the owner.
