Cozy apartment in beautiful Syðrugøta

Lean back and relax in this relaxed and cozy apartment surrounded by beautiful nature on all sides. Just a few steps through the door and you can take a mountain hike or a 10 minutes walk to the beach that is located in the center of the the village, Syðrugøta. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of our private home. The apartment has a private entance. From the entrance straight forward you will find a nice bathroom with shower and a changingtable for toddlers. To the left you enter the livingroom combined with a full kitchen and diningarea. The kitchen holds all that you need to prepare and eat your meals. There is also a dishwasher, kettle as well as a coffemachine. The livingroom has a sofa and a TV, for the nights you want to stay inside and just do “nothing”. Some boardgames as also available in the flat. The sofa can easily be transformed into a sleepingspace for up to 2 peoole. From the livingroom you enter the private bedroom with a queensize bed and walk in closet. There is also space for a toddler´s weekend bed in the bedroom. The last door from the living room takes you to a laundry room with a washer and dryer, so you can do your laundry while you stay at our flat. The apartment is just a short walk in to the center of our small village with the cozy beach. And a hike of less than an hour takes you up to the mountain Støðlafjall on a good day with blue skies. Many easy hikes can be taken in the nearby area as well. Sheep are a daily sight just a few steps outsode our home and the sounds of the birds singing brings joy and gives you a feeling that you are part of the nature. Parking is no problem. Your car can be parked in the driveway. Guest access You have access to the whole flat. Entrance, bathroom, kitchen and livingroom, bedroom and laundryroom. We live on the first floor of the house and part of the ground floor, which is locked off from the rental apartment. Other things to note Be aware, that the closest groceryshopping is our local “PE Gøta” in Norðragøta, located aprox. 2 kilometers from our home. Other nearby groceryshopping with bigger stores are in Fuglafjørður, Runavík, Leirvík and in Klaksvík. You can look up: FK, Bónus, Á or Samkeyp, and you will find their locations. If you want to dine out, you can do so in the neighbouring villages: - Leirvík, aprox. 5 kilomenters away is the Bowling Restaurant and you can also bowl there - Fuglafjørð, aprox 8 kilometers away is Muntra Restaurant and a Pizzaria - Runavík, aprox 12 kilometers away you will find Rist Restaurant, Cafe Cibo, Hotel Runavík and a couple of Pizarias. There is also an Thai place, but only open occasionally. The Effo gasstation also has a small variety of food and a dining area. - Strendur, aprox 18 kilometers away you will find SoWang Restaurant with Asian food. - Klaksvík, aprox 20 kilometers aways you will find Angus Restaurant, Cafe Fríða, Hotel Sjómansheimið and some fast food restaurants and Pizarias - Tórshavn, aprox 35 kilometers away through Eysturoyar Tunnil you will find several restaurants and fast food places. There is Angus, Toscana, Haps, Pizza 67, Seven etc. Most of the hotels also offer dining.
