Located just 5 minutes from the popular township of Stanthorpe in the village of The Summit. This cottage offers everything you will need for an enjoyable stay on the Granite Belt with 3 beautiful and comfortable bedrooms (2 queens, 1 king single) fitted with electric blankets for those chilly winter Stanthorpe nights, a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience, traditional wood fireplace in the open lounge and dining area, 2 bay carport and fully-fenced, private yard. The space The two main large bedrooms have queen size comfortable beds. The third bedroom has a king-single bed. All beds are fitted with electric blankets during the colder months of the year. Fans are provided for the warmer months. All linen is provided. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven, air-fryer, microwave, fridge and cooking appliances. In the large open lounge and dining area there is a wood heater for use on those cold winter nights. A two bay carport is available and the yard is fully fenced for privacy. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12. Pets are not allowed.
