It is on the ground floor of the house and grounds you see in the photos. You have separate parking, separate keyless entry, and do not share any rooms with the owners who live upstairs on a separate floor. All interior photos shown are your private and separate areas. The grounds are yours to enjoy, but they are shared with the owners.
