Pool and Gym Information Our pool and gym are conveniently located on the 9th floor. To access these areas, please go to the 2nd-floor lobby and ask for help from the lobby guard for entry. Pool and Gym Rates Complimentary Access: Guests staying 5 nights or more enjoy free access to the pool and gym for up to 3 people. Short Stay Access: For guests staying less than 5 nights, a one-time fee of ₱150 per person is charged to use the pool. If you need any more help, feel free to contact the front desk. We’re here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! Other things to note This is a self-check-in property. Check-in instructions will be sent after confirming your booking. We will ask each adult guest to present a valid ID for building admin purposes. Parking fee: Php 200 per night (Pay at the lobby upon arrival) Tropical Environment Davao City is located in a tropical climate, so you may occasionally encounter small insects such as ants or house geckos (butiki). These are common in tropical areas and are generally harmless. We implement regular professional pest control and have preventive measures in place to minimize this. To help maintain a comfortable space, we kindly recommend keeping windows and balcony doors closed when possible. If you notice anything during your stay, please don’t hesitate to let us know — we are always happy to assist. 🔔 Noise & Surroundings Our Inspiria units are located in Bajada, one of Davao City's central and vibrant areas. Because of this: • You may occasionally hear normal city sounds or light traffic noise, especially during peak hours. • The building is located near a Catholic church, and on Sundays or special church events, church bells or mass activities may be heard at certain times. Many guests love the convenience of being close to Abreeza Mall and nearby establishments, but we like to share this information so expectations are clear. 🏊 Pool & Building Maintenance The building occasionally undergoes scheduled maintenance to keep facilities in good condition. • Pool renovation or maintenance may occur from time to time. Renovation works are already planned, but exact dates are still to be announced by building management. • Elevator servicing or temporary issues may occasionally happen as part of normal building operations. Please note that these building-related matters are managed by the condominium administration and are outside of our direct control. We truly appreciate your understanding. 🌏 Earthquake Awareness & Safety Davao City is generally considered a safe and low-risk area for major natural disasters; however, like many parts of the Philippines, minor earthquakes may occasionally be felt. For your safety: • The building follows local structural safety standards. • Emergency procedures and safety protocols are in place. • In the rare event of an earthquake, please remain calm, follow building announcements, and observe standard safety practices such as “Drop, Cover, and Hold.” Emergency exits and safety information are available within the building. Food & Cooking Guidelines Davao is famous for its delicious durian, and we understand many guests would like to enjoy this local specialty during their stay — bringing durian inside the unit is not allowed. To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask that cooking or bringing foods with strong, long-lasting odors (such as dried fish or similar items) into the unit be avoided. This helps prevent lingering odors and ensures a comfortable space for future guests.
