As you enter through the long driveway you are struck in awe! Driving down the tree lined road you find yourself surrounded by tall trees of every kind. With no streets or roads in sight you gaze at deer crossing, stopping to stare at you. Or you catch a blue jay & cardinal singing to their own tunes. Welcome! The space Located just 15 minutes from O’Hare International Airport, about 35 minutes from the City, and 5 minutes from the Wood Dale area Metra train station, you have the perfect location! Upon entering you will notice the open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling and spiral staircase! The 2nd floor over looks the foyer! Straight ahead there is a wet bar with wine glasses and mule cups! Pour yourself a drink! Around the corner is the dinning room with a ton of natural lighting. There is a powder room on the first floor across the dinning area. As you walk through you’ll see the open kitchen with an island and kitchenette area! This is my favorite place! You have ample lighting from both the windows and light fixtures. Continue your walk right into the huge family room with theater setup couches. You have sliding doors on both sides of the house that lead to the patio/yard and green house. Cozy up and put on a good movie! Laundry room is also located on the first floor. Which you have access to both washer and dryer. Heading up to the second floor you have the master bedroom and bathroom. You enter through the French doors where you find a master king size bed and balcony doors. Alongside the bed is an indoor fireplace to cozy up to. Over on the other side you have an open lounge area that leads to the mater jacuzzi and bathroom. There are double sinks and an open closet. Down the hall you’ll find the linen closet and two bedrooms. One bed two queen sized bunk beds with a Jack and Jill bathroom with double sinks and jacuzzi and shower. The second bedroom has a full loft bed with queen bunk underneath and a queen standalone bed. Both rooms have full closets. Outside you will see the outdoor sauna (one of our favorite spaces). Along a full size yard. Over to the side of the garage is an outdoor fire pit. **Newly added EV charger level 2 Tesla charger with adaptor already included! Guest access The entire 1st and 2nd floor are for you to enjoy. The basement, garage and barn house are off limits and is locked. Please feel free to make yourself at home.
