We offer a small, quiet 1.5-room apartment in a location close to nature. Mini ground-floor apartment, barrier-free. 7 minutes by car from the A94 Schwindegg exit. There are 2 pull-out beds for a max. 4 people. Fridge with freezer.cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle,Bed linens, towels and dish towels are provided once. We offer you a well-maintained bathroom with shower + toilet, floor heating, and a bathroom radiator. Exclusive use of the living room and terrace. Coffee, tea and Kaba are available. Please enquire about long-term bookings (months). The space This beautiful apartment with approximately 37 m² of lettable usable space is available for your short trip and features a private entrance area + terrace and a free parking space at the house. EV charging station 7 min away. Bus connections are only available partially and at certain times. The apartment has underfloor heating in all rooms, dimmable lighting, including a skylight in the relaxation area, create a cozy atmosphere. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a fridge with freezer. There is satellite TV and a small mini-bar. Food and drinks are available at the village shop, a 5-minute walk away, or at the 24/7 "Schmankerlhütte." Coffee, tea and chocolate powder are provided. A basic set of bed linens and a towel are provided once. Some of the power sockets are retractable or have dual USB ports. A cell phone charging station is available. The window with roller blind and the patio door are lockable, and all have mosquito nets. On the terrace, you will find a cozy spot in summer – ideal while working or for relaxing. The apartment without air conditioning is suitable for people with dust allergies. Excursions and tips for your trip are posted in the apartment, or you can ask us, and we'll be happy to help you. We can send you ideas in advance on request. Pets are welcome with us. There are nice walking paths here. A fee of €5 applies per day or part thereof and per pet. Guest access With us, you need one!A car! To be able to stay flexible. The nearest bus lines are 7 minutes on foot. The stop is Oberornau. For example, to Munich, take No. 587 and No. 9410. From the parking lot (free of charge) in front of your entrance, you can directly reach your own barrier-free access to the low-CO² house with self check-in via a key box with a CODE (you can find the code number under Information for the guest) and your terrace. Here you can enjoy your first coffee or tea (unique for our guests free of charge) and the view at sunrise to start the day in a relaxed way. Your guest key is always available in a lockbox. Self check-in at any time using a CODE number, which Airbnb will only share with you under “Guest info” a few days before arrival after you book. For the little ones, a cot and high chair are available free of charge on request. Playground 3 min walk. Nobody can always know or see everything, so we pay attention to protection. We have installed socket fuses for your loved ones near the floor and corner protection as well as lock-closing systems on the window and doors. For e-cars, there is no official charging station at the house, but the possibility to refuel at the church 3 minutes away by car. For pets, a fee of €5 per pet per day (charged by Airbnb at the same time) is payable upon presentation of a copy of the liability insurance (scan or screenshot). There is free WiFi for home office use. Please inquire about long-term bookings. Check-in is from 5 pm to 8 pm, quiet hours/nighttime sleep starts at 10 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Please close windows and doors quietly. Note: You will need a car to get around. Public transport is limited on weekends. For your safety, we clean the provided linens with disinfectant. However, for sustainability reasons, it is not pressed or ironed. There is no washing machine and laundry dryer, but there is a laundromat 15 minutes away. There are no hidden costs per booking for final cleaning or pets. We provide a baby cot and high chair free of charge upon request. If something is not working, has been damaged, or seems unusual to you, please let us know immediately. Pets are welcome. Security deposit – If you damage the accommodation, you will be charged up to €200 immediately. + During your stay, we are happy to help and advise you until 9:00 p.m. We thank you in advance for your understanding and wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay with us. But now for the rules: + Quiet hours must be observed from 9 pm to 6 am. Of course, you can come into the apartment later than 8:00 p.m., but we ask you to be quiet. + You can use the apartment until 11 AM on the day of departure. Please let us know when you will be arriving and the time of your arrival, and please stick to this time. Because we adjust our entire daily routine accordingly. + Leave the kitchen and toilet as you found them upon your arrival. Attention - The extra washing and drying of dishes & stove cleaning after and during check-out is not included in the basic cleaning fee. + Note the waste separation: black bin for residual waste (also leftovers and plastic), small white bin for organic waste, separate place for glass bottles and paper waste, trash bag. + If you, a 3rd person, or the pet have accidentally damaged something or you find that something is not working in your apartment, please let us know in a timely manner. + If another person not booked via Airbnb wishes to stay in the apartment you rented, please ask in advance. The fee is €30.00 per person per night. + If you wish, it is possible to have the bed linens and towels changed and the apartment cleaned during your stay. Changing the bath towels: €5.00 p.p. Linen change €10.00 p.p. Basic cleaning of the entire apartment, including bed linens and towels: €55.00 (cleaning of the kitchen not included)
