We offer a small, quiet 1.5-room apartment in a natural location. Mini ground floor apartment barrier-free. 7 min from the A94 exit Schwindegg. There are 2 pull-out beds for max. 4 people. Fridge with freezer.stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle,Bed linens, towels and dishes. Unique. We offer you a well-kept bathroom with shower + toilet, underfloor heating everywhere, bathroom radiator. Sole use of the apartment and terrace. Coffee, tea and Kaba are available. Please inquire about long-term booking. The space The beautiful apartment with about 37 m² of rentable usable space is available for your short trip with its own entrance area + terrace and free parking space at the house. Underfloor heating in all rooms, dimmable light sources incl. Skylights in the quiet area provide a cozy atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen and fridge with freezer are also offered. There is satellite TV and a small Minibar. Food and drink in the village shop 5 minutes' walk or in the 24/7 "Schmankerlhütte". Coffee, tea and chocolate powder are available. Basic bedding and towel are provided once. Sockets are retractable or with double USB connection, among other things. Cell phone charging station available. Windows with roller shutter and terrace door lockable and all with mosquito net. On the terrace you will find a cozy place in the summer - ideal during work or for relaxation. The apartment is suitable for people with dust allergies. Trips and tips for your trip are posted in the app or you can ask us, we are happy to help. We'll send ideas in advance on request. Pets are welcome with us. There are beautiful walking paths here. €5 fees apply per day and animal. Guest access With us you will need a car to stay flexible. The nearest bus lines are 5 minutes on foot to the Oberornau stop, e.g. to Munich are no. 587 and no. 9410. From the parking lot (free of charge) in front of your entrance, you can directly reach your own barrier-free access to the low-CO2 house with self check-in via key box with CODE (code number can be found under information for the guest) and your terrace. Here you can enjoy your first coffee or tea (unique for our guests free of charge) and the view at sunrise to start the day in a relaxed way. Your guest key is always available in a lockbox. Your own check-in at any time with CODE no., this will only be visible to you after booking at "Info for guests" a few days before arrival by Airbnb. For the little ones, a cot and high chair are available free of charge on request. Playground 3 min walk. Nobody can always know or see everything, so we pay attention to protection. We have installed socket fuses for your loved ones near the floor and corner protection as well as lock-closing systems on the window and doors. For e-cars, there is no official charging station at the house, but the possibility to refuel at the church 3 minutes away by car. Other things to note Please contact us before each booking. There is free Wi-Fi for home office. Please request long-term bookings. Check-in is from 6 pm - 9 pm, quiet hours/night sleep start at 10 pm, check-out is by 11 am. Close windows and doors quietly. Keep in mind! You need a car to stay mobile. Public transport is sparse on the weekends. The laundry provided is disinfected by us for your safety. However, due to sustainability, it is not smoothed or ironed. There is no washing machine and dryer, but there is a laundry cabinet and clothes rack. Final cleaning or pet fees apply per booking. We will provide a baby crib and chair free of charge upon request. If something is not working or has been damaged or is noticeable to you, please let us know immediately. Pets are welcome for a small fee (€5 per pet per day). Security deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to €200 immediately + During your stay we are happy to help and advise you until 9:00 pm. We thank you in advance for your understanding and wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay with us. But now rules: + Quiet hours must be observed from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am. Of course you can come into the apartment later than 9 pm, however, we ask you to be quiet. + You can use the apartment on the day of departure until 11 AM. Please tell us when you arrive, the time of your arrival, and please keep to this time. Because we adapt our entire daily routine. + Leave the kitchen and toilet as you found it on your arrival. Attention - The extra washing and drying of dishes & stove cleaning after check-out is not included in the basic cleaning fee. + Note the waste separation: black bin for residual waste (also leftovers and for plastic) little white bin for organic waste, extra place for glass bottles and paper waste. + If you or the pet have accidentally damaged something or you find that something is not working in your apartment, please let us know in a timely manner. + If another person not booked via Airbnb wishes to stay in the apartment you rented, please ask in advance. The fee is €25.00 per person per night + If you wish, it is possible to change the bed linen and towels and have the apartment cleaned during your stay.
