In a quiet Charente farmhouse, 4 km from Jonzac, we offer a pleasant cottage opening onto a lovely terrace. For a 3-week thermal spa treatment, the rate is advantageous thanks to the weekly discount. The space This cottage is located in the oldest wing of our Charentais farmhouse built from cut stone. We renovated it a few years ago; it's a bit unusual—it used to be the dairy, the “yogurt-making place” on the farm, according to our grandmother. We are delighted to welcome you for your vacation, spa treatment, or business trip all year round. Bedding is provided and included. Electricity, water, heating included as well. This cottage is composed on the ground floor: - a living room with a fully equipped and integrated kitchen of 21 m² - TV, washing machine, induction cooktop, fridge freezer, microwave, small electric oven, coffee maker - one bedroom with a 140 bed with a 9 m² window, - a 4 m² bathroom with shower and toilet, - a mezzanine space (15 m² for the part where you can stand) with a 140 x 190 double bed and an extra sofa bed for an occasional bed of a guest - Velux - a private terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs The owners live in another wing of the property. Independent terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. Equipment: Free WiFi Internet Access TV, washing machine, induction stove, fridge freezer, microwave, small electric oven, coffee maker. Books and board games are available, and we can make more available that are suitable for the age of your children. The cottage is in a quiet and wooded environment. Sunrise view, very pleasant terrace in the summer, and you are in a green setting. We are happy to lend toys, books, and games for children. The cottage is in a wing of the farm, there is shared with our house and another cottage. However, everyone has their own garden and outdoor terrace. You can meet in the courtyard or on the driveway. Everyone is happy to be quiet here! For information, if you come as two families, you have the option to also rent another adjoining cottage, it is the Le Figuier cottage. No smoking We do not have an electric car charging station but we will tell you the charging points in Jonzac. If you don't want to do the end of stay cleaning, it is possible to ask us to take the end-of-stay cleaning package upon arrival. It is 50 euros to be paid on-site.
