In a quiet Charentaise farmhouse 4 km from Jonzac, we offer you a pleasant cottage open to a pleasant terrace. This cottage is composed on the ground floor: - a living room with a fully equipped and integrated kitchen of 21 m² - TV, washing machine, induction stove, fridge freezer, microwave, small electric oven, coffee maker - one bedroom with a 140 bed with a 9 m² window, - a 4 m² bathroom with shower and toilet, - a mezzanine space (15 m² for the part where you can stand) with a 140 x 190 double bed and an extra sofa bed for an occasional bed of a guest - Velux - a private terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs The owners live in another wing of the property. Independent terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. Equipment: Free WiFi Internet Access TV, washing machine, induction stove, fridge freezer, microwave, small electric oven, coffee maker. Books and board games are available, and we can make more available that are suitable for the age of your children. The cottage is in a quiet and wooded environment. The cottage is non-smoking (inside) and no pets are allowed. For your information, if you are coming to two families, you can also rent another adjoining cottage, it is Gite Le Figuier. Other things to note The cottage is in the countryside and not fenced. No pets allowed. We do not have an electric car charging station. If you do not want to do the end of stay cleaning, it is possible to ask us to take the end-of-stay cleaning package upon arrival. It is an amount of 60 euros to be paid on site.
