Find your home away from home in our 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom town home with 2 KING beds. Nestled in the heart of Enterprise, Alabama a short distance off of Rucker Blvd is Squatch Headquarters. You'll find a cozy escape from the hustle bustle of the city but close enough to order take out or go have a night on the town. Fort Novosel's Enterprise gate is just over 4 miles away. Complete with a backyard gazebo where you can sit and enjoy the sound of Harrand Creek which sits just behind the home. The space There are 2 king beds and two twin beds in this home allowing for a total of 6 guests to sleep comfortable. Each room has a Roku Smart Tv where you can log into your accounts while you stay and simply remove them when you leave. All bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home. There are two full bathrooms upstairs where you will find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available for guests to use. The A/C and Heat thermostat is located on the second floor as well. A full washer and dryer are located on site to wash any laundry you may have and is located on the first floor next to the half bathroom and garage. You are free to utilize the garage during your stay for parking but keep in mind it is a single car garage. We do have a remote garage door opener for guest to use. On the first floor you will also find a full kitchen, stocked with nonstick cookware as well as stainless steal. Coffee pot and a Keurig is available for use as well as a toaster, microwave, full oven and stove. Pile in the groceries to the Samsung refrigerator for your stay which includes a door icemaker as well as an icemaker in the bottom freezer. A dishwasher is available for easy cleanup as well. The living room is on the first floor open to the kitchen and has a 65" tv with a leather couch, loveseat and recliner. The backyard has a nice gazebo to sit under while you enjoy the bubbling sounds from Harrand Creek. Guest access Guests are able to use the entire town home minus two closets. One is on the main floor and the other is on the second floor. Both are locked and are for the cleaners. Other things to note The driveway is on an incline so be aware that if you have a low sitting vehicle there may be issues with scraping the undercarriage.
