Ideal for families and mature guests seeking a calm and respectful environment. Please note: This is an indoor-focused home and does not have a balcony. To ensure a smooth and pleasant stay, we request guests to share basic details of their visit, including purpose of stay and check-in time in advance. The space House Rules & Guidelines To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbours, we welcome only guests aged 25 and above. As our homestay is located in a quiet residential area, we host mature and responsible guests who respect the property, the community, and house guidelines. 1. Check-in & Check-out: • Check-in: 2:00 PM • Check-out: 10:00 AM • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges. 2. Guest Limit & Visitors: • Only registered guests are allowed to stay. • Visitors are permitted only with prior approval and must follow house rules. 3. No Smoking Indoors: • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A cleaning charge equivalent to one night’s tariff will apply if traces of smoking are found inside. • Please use designated outdoor areas if needed. 4. No Parties or Loud Music: • This is a peaceful residential area. Please keep noise levels low, especially between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. 5. Respect for Property: • Please treat the home with care. Any damages or missing items must be reported immediately. • Guests may be charged for damages beyond normal wear and tear. 6. Cleanliness & Waste Disposal: • Please keep the space tidy and dispose of trash in the designated bins. • Housekeeping services are available upon request at ₹250 per day. Extra linens are provided for long-term stays. 7. Kitchen Usage: • Feel free to use the kitchen, but kindly clean up after yourself. • Only light cooking is allowed, and all appliances must be used safely. 8. Pets: • Pets are not allowed. 9. Security & Safety: • Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property. • Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items. By booking this stay, you agree to follow these house rules. Other areas in the property are not accessible. Parking is available outside the premises and guests are welcome to use space for one car and one bike. Other things to note Identification and Security Deposit: Government-issued photo IDs of all guests and a refundable Security Deposit of Rs. 4000/- will be collected before check-in. The deposit will be refunded during check-out.
