Birch End, Midhurst

Birch End is a delightful holiday house set in a quiet residential area of Midhurst in West Sussex. It offers a great base from which to enjoy a relaxing break and explore all the region has to house is set on a hill with steps leading up to the front door. The ground floor has a cosy sitting room at the front, with a TV, DVD player, stereo and Wi-Fi internet access. This leads through to a kitchen and dining room and a small conservatory overlooking the rear garden. The space The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, a microwave, fridge with freezer box and all the cookware guests will require to be able to comfortably self-cater. There is also a washing machine in the conservatory. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a modern family bathroom with a shower over the bath. The front bedroom is a double room with plenty of storage space. The second bedroom is a twin room with 2 single beds, as well as a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.Outside, the rear garden is small but mature and is stepped up the hillside. Although there is no private off road parking for the house, there is plenty of unrestricted on-street parking available in the road.
