The immediate proximity to the North Sea coast makes it the ideal starting point for extensive dike walks, bike rides or mudflats, where you can explore the unique flora and fauna of the Wadden Sea. Located only about 10 kilometers southeast of Husum, Witzwort offers a perfect mix of proximity to the city and the relaxing atmosphere of a coastal village. Husum, often referred to as the gateway to the North Sea, is known for its picturesque harbor, the historic old town and the diverse shopping opportunities as well as cultural offerings. In the other direction, about 30 kilometers southwest, St. Peter-Ording awaits with its impressive beaches, famous pile dwellings and a wide range of water sports activities. On a ground floor area of 100 sqm, equipped with a separate entrance, this apartment offers ample space and a homely atmosphere for your stay on the coast. The apartment has two bedrooms: a spacious room with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), a spacious wardrobe and an inviting armchair, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), which promise a quiet night's sleep. For an additional two guests, the living room offers a practical sofa bed. The kitchen, open-plan, invites you to cook and linger together. With a comprehensive equipment, including a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartments, oven, ceramic hob with four hotplates, extractor hood, as well as a filter coffee machine, water and egg cooker and toaster, the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The living room, the focal point for hours together, is equipped with SATELLITE TV, DVD and CD player and a large dining table that invites you to social rounds. The bathroom has a spacious shower and washing machine. The highlight is the wind-protected and sunny terrace in the courtyard, equipped with high-quality teak furniture. It offers a protected view and invites you to relax just outside your door. In addition, there is a spacious sauna (€10,- per use) in a separate annex.
