Two Private Bedrooms & Bath-Sleep Four-Central SF

2 large bedrooms with private full-bath, sleep 4 people. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed with 9" thick mattress, wardrobe, TV, ceiling fan & desk. Centrally located in a great neighborhood of San Francisco, 2 blks/100m to supermarket, 7 minute walk to subway. There's a full kitchen & breakfast nook for dinning, large living room with big windows, lots of natural light & hardwood floors. Beautifully decorated & cleaned professionally every week. The space You'll be staying in two private bedrooms in my flat and you'll have the exclusive use of a full bath. Each of the bedrooms has a queen-sized bed with luxurious bedding, a writing desk, chair, a closet or wardrobe, wall mirror, & beautiful wall art. These rooms have several large windows with lot's of natural light and one room has a door leading to the the garden. There's free WiFi internet access throughout the home and hair dryer, clothes iron and ironing board are available for use. The kitchen and living room are shared but No breakfast is served. Coffee, tea and hot cocoa are available for self service. This house was built in 1928 and features beautiful hardwood floors and charming wall and ceiling architectural moldings typical to the 1920's. It was remodeled to carefully restore and preserve the original architectural details while updating the bathrooms and kitchen to modern standards. It's a beautiful and comfortable space that I enjoy sharing with my guests. Guest access You'll have private access to two bedrooms, one bathroom. The rest of the apartment will be shared with me. During your stay Since I live in the flat I will most likely meet you when you arrive, show you the apartment and give you a short orientation of the neighborhood. I stay in a private bedroom on the other side of the flat and I have my own bathroom. Other things to note Once you're settled in, you're welcome to relax in the living room and eat in the breakfast nook. You can cook breakfast for yourself as long as you buy your own groceries and clean up your dishes. A microwave is available to use for heating up food. To conserve water and energy, bed linens and fresh towels are changed once a week. I do not offer daily housekeeping but if you'd like a change of bed linens and towels more often than once a week please make those arrangements at the time you request your reservation and there will be an additional cleaning charge for that.
