Relax with friends or family at this newly refurbished single storey cottage set in its own private garden some 25yrds from the main house, Perservereance Cottage. With its own patio, outside seating area and secure fencing, Mollys Cottage makes it a safe and peaceful place to stay for both children and dogs too. Apart from a small step at the front door, the cottage is all on one level, making it perfect for families with younger children and guests with mobility issues too. The space Once in the main grounds of Perseverance, Access to Mollys Cottage is via the gated entrance and pathway to the main door. As you enter the cottage, you will find an entrance hall where you are able to house your shoes and coats. It is here you will also find fire safety items should you require them. Off the entrance hall to the left is the bedroom. Which has two single beds, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables with touch lamps, and a double wardrobe. Off the bedroom to the left is the bathroom. Large double walk in shower unit housing an electric shower. Toilet and wash basin with vanity unit. Off the entrance hall to the right is an open plan lounge / kitchen. Fully Fitted kitchen to the left with electric oven & hob, microwave, larder fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board and electric knife. Crockery and glasswear along with utensils. In the lounge you will find a double sofa bed, smart TV with Netflix (own login required). FREE Wifi, Dining Table and 4 Chairs, Double French Doors which open onto the patio area where you will find outdoor seating. Newly installed electric Eco Heaters throughout the cottage. All Bathroom towels, bed linen and kitchen tea towels will be provided. We provide the basics to make your stay a little more enjoyable. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and a carton on milk along with bathroom toiletries will also be provided for you on arrival. Kitchen essentials such as cooking oil and condiments will also be provided. We kindly request that all guests refrain from smoking and vaping inside the house and utilise the outside area / furniture provided should you wish to smoke / vape. We more than welcome up to two well behaved furry four legged friends but we kindly ask that they are not encouraged to utilise the furniture.
