House Rules: 1. Check-In/Check-Out: We invite you to check in at any time after 12 PM and kindly ask that you check out by 3 PM on your departure day. Should you need a bit more flexibility with these times, please reach out in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule. 2. No Smoking: To ensure the comfort and health of all our guests, smoking inside the house is not permitted. You are welcome to smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts in the designated areas. 3. Pets: While we adore pets, we maintain a no-pets policy to keep the space comfortable for everyone. If you’re traveling with a service animal, just let us know ahead of time! 4. Noise Policy: We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 10 PM and 8 AM, to ensure a peaceful environment for all our neighbors. 5. Guests: Only those registered as overnight guests are allowed to stay. Please inform us beforehand if you expect any visitors during your stay. 6.
