The combined living and dining area is equipped with a two-seater sofa, Sat-Tv, dining table and air conditioning. The adjoining kitchen includes everything necessary for self-catering, including cooker, oven, refrigerator and freezer compartment. From the living area, you access the covered, private balcony with seating for four people - ideal for breakfast with a sea view or relaxed evenings outdoors. Wi-Fi, bedding and towels are included. A baby cot is available upon request. Pets are not permitted. In the outdoor area, a heated pool is available to you (weather-dependent, mostly until October). For children, there is a small playground with a slide and swing. The well-maintained garden invites you to linger, an outdoor shower and a barbecue option are available by arrangement. Bicycles can be used (subject to availability). Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity (each approximately 100 m), the town centre of Supetar is about 600 metres away.
