The Moretons Farmhouse

Welcome to The Moretons Farm House, a self-catering cottage accommodating 2–14 ; situated on the outskirts of Bredon village in the Cotswolds, 10 miles from Cheltenham and 50 miles from Oxford. On-site facilities include heated indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, five acres of gardens, play area and children's playhouse. In season, mini golf, croquet and badminton are available. Prices include gas, electricity, bed linen and towels. All cottages are non-smoking and we do not accept pets. The space The Moretons Farmhouse dates from approximately 1840, and today the house sleeps 14 in 7 bedrooms. The original farmhouse now features a spacious dining room to seat up to 14 (24 with prior arrangement), large kitchen with range cooker, snug with a second smart TV, and an established private walled garden with patio furniture and a badminton net. Upstairs there is a Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 4 additional double or twin bedrooms. The largest of the twin bedrooms also has a pull out box bed for the 14th person. A shower room, and a bathroom(with separate shower) Downstairs there is a single bedroom, shower room, dining room with Lithe Audio Bluetooth ceiling speakers, sitting room with smart TV, snug with sofa bed and second smart television. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and a Utility room. Guest access Swimming Pool Access: Our pool is available for use all year round except for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day. The opening times are: Monday - Friday 8am - 9pm Saturday 12pm - 6pm Sunday 8am - 5pm Each session is for 1 hour including time given for changing and is for exclusive use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi and changing room facilities by your party. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for each session booked. A minimum of 2 adult swimmers must be present at every session. Babies must wear special swimming nappies whilst in the water. Price: 1 hour complimentary session per booking, additional sessions are charged at £28 an hour for the entire group. This can be paid for at reception during your stay or over the phone. Other things to note Our heated indoor swimming pool measures 12m x 6m (40' x 20'). Normal water temperature is 30–31.5°C. The pool has a depth of 1.11m at the shallow end and 1.73m at the deep end, with wide corner steps in to the water as well as ladders. It is a requirement that two able-bodied adults are present when using the swimming pool. Babies must wear special swimming nappies whilst in the water. Food and drink is not allowed in the pool hall. . Children (under 16) are not allowed in the Jacuzzis.
