Our charming Rhine Valley house was built in 1919 and has been completely renovated. The living space is 105 m2 with a room height of 1.92m. Two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with corner bath and rain shower and toilet, a separate toilet, open living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a large terrace and our beautiful garden with outdoor whirlpool, garden sauna and pool can be your temporary home. The space On the second floor there are two lockable bedrooms, each with a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), closet and bedside tables. Both bedrooms can accommodate a travel cot or a comfortable air bed for children. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, corner bath, double washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and towels. Towel warmers and underfloor heating make it even more comfortable. There is another toilet with washbasin on the mezzanine floor. In this room you will also find the washing machine, which you are welcome to use. On the second floor is the fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, various kitchen utensils, cleaning products, toaster, blender, kettle, microwave, Nespresso coffee capsule machine, raclette oven, cheese fondue dishes, dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. From the kitchen you have direct access to the large, sunny balcony and the wonderful garden with seating area and barbecue facilities. Furthermore, flat screen TV, cozy sofa (can be pulled out into a sofa bed, additional sleeping accommodation for two people), coffee table, dining table for 6 people. Underfloor heating. On the 1st floor, the kitchen leads to the large, sunny balcony. From here you have a wonderful view of the Alpstein and an unobstructed view of the greenery. A staircase leads to the beautiful garden. A spacious seating area with barbecue facilities invites you to linger. For our younger guests there is a high-quality trampoline, a sandpit with sand toys, a nest swing, a slide, horizontal bars, a football goal and traktörli. Our dwarf rabbits Tom, Ben, Bella, Izzy, Flo, Max and Zoe are always happy to visit. Our above-ground pool is available for shared use, weather permitting. An outdoor whirlpool and garden sauna are available for private use. For our younger guests we are happy to provide a travel cot, changing mat, baby bath, high chair and children's crockery free of charge by arrangement. A clothes horse, clothespins, ironing board and iron are also available for you. Pets are not allowed. The house is not wheelchair accessible. Smoking is prohibited in the entire house. Guest access The vacation home is for the exclusive use of our guests. The outdoor whirlpool and the garden sauna are also for the exclusive use of our guests. In the spirit of good neighborliness, we ask for silence between 10.00 pm and 7.00 am. The pool may also be used by our guests (seasonal opening hours 01.05. to 01.10.). We will be happy to welcome you personally, show you around the house, explain how to use the whirlpool and sauna and hand over the keys.
