Skiing, Cycling and Hiking - Grill & Sauna

Nice cottage suitable for the whole family with 3 bedrooms, an open floor plan with living room, kitchen and dining area, and room for 7 guests, south-facing terrace and a storage room just outside the front door. New for the 2025/26 ski season, we have a barbecue and sauna hut. The cottage is in a private area near the forest with tranquility as a neighbor in idyllic Brunntjärnåsen near Rörbäcksnäs, a stone's throw from Scandinavian Mountain Airport and Sälenfjällen. You are close to MTB tracks, hiking trails, fishing and skiing. The space The cottage has two bedrooms with 140 cm double beds, one bedroom with a 90 cm wide single bed and a 140 cm wide sofa bed in the living room. There is a travel bed and high chair in the cottage. There is Wi-Fi and a TV but no antenna or satellite dish. You can use a Chromecast or similar. We now have a barbecue and sauna that our guests have full access to. Sheets/bed linens and towels are not included. If you need to wash duvets and pillows after your stay because you have not used bedding or caused unnecessary dirt and have not cleaned yourself, the guest will be charged SEK 150 per duvet/pillow that must be sent for washing. The guest cleans the cottage before departure. Final cleaning can be purchased, for stays up to 3 days SEK 750 and for 3+ days SEK 1500 and booked 1 week before arrival. Even when cleaning is booked, all garbage and trash must be thrown away by the guest and food must be cleaned out of the fridge and freezer. There is a garbage station not far from the cottage that you pass on the way home. Security deposit of SEK 1,200 is paid back a few days after the guest's departure. Code for key box is sent to the tenant after booking and payment. Guest access The tenant has access to the entire cabin. Other things to note We have just installed a barbecue and sauna hut outside the cottage that our guests have access to.
