We offer three rooms combining old world charm and modern comfort, in the quiet of an interior courtyard, while being in the city center. The space We welcome you to our guesthouse located on the 1st floor of a characterful building, in the quiet of an inner courtyard in the city center. The Rotin room, located on the 2nd floor, is a spacious family room of 40 sqm, mixing old-world charm and modern comfort. You will appreciate its beautiful ceiling height, exposed beams and warm atmosphere. It includes a double bed (160×200 cm), two single beds (90×190 cm), as well as a seating area and TV. The sofa can be used as an extra bed for a child. An office space completes the whole. The private bathroom with toilet is attached to the bedroom and separated by a curtain (without door). The room has bed linen and towels, a courtesy tray (coffee, tea, herbal tea), a coffee machine, a kettle, a hair dryer, as well as an organic shower gel and shampoo for your comfort. Also enjoy the free wifi and sun terrace, ideal for breakfast or a relaxing moment. Baby equipment available upon request: baby bed, bed rail, high chair, booster seat, potty, changing mat, books, and toys. Guest access In addition to their bedroom with a private bathroom and toilet, guests have access to our shared living room, a friendly space dedicated to relaxation and sharing. You will find a seating area with sofa and poufs, as well as a dining area to enjoy the breakfasts or dinners we offer on request. For your leisure time, enjoy a foosball table for lively games with friends and family. A sunny terrace is also at your disposal, ideal for a coffee in the morning or relaxing at the end of the day. Books, board games, and toys are also available for young and old. During your stay We live on site and are happy to welcome our guests upon arrival. Always available, we remain at your disposal for any questions or needs during your stay. Aurélien is fluent in fluent English, which makes it easy to communicate with our international guests. We are discreet, but always happy to share a friendly moment or advise you on the surroundings. Other things to note The guest house is on the 1st floor, and the bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). We share the house with two quiet, affectionate cats, who do not have access to the guest rooms. Children up to 2 stay for free. Parking available: Place du Marché (blue zone) or Place de l’Hôtel de Ville (free). Situation: All shops are within walking distance: cafes, bakeries, artisanal pastries, grocery store, tobacco, laundromat. A supermarket with gas station is 1.3 km away. The nearest highway exit is 6 km away. Amenities: a fridge and a microwave are available to guests, free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels provided. Beds made on arrival Dining by reservation: breakfast (€10/pers.), dinner (€20/pers.) Rules: No smoking, no parties, pets not allowed except assistance pets, secure access by video surveillance. We also offer a cottage for 2 people, located on the ground floor with independent entrance, for more privacy and autonomy.
