We offer three rooms combining old world charm and modern comfort, in the quiet of an interior courtyard, while being in the city center. The space We welcome you to our guest house located on the 1st floor of a character building, in the quiet of an inner courtyard in the city center. The Rotin room, located on the 2nd floor, is a spacious family room of 40 m², combining old world charm and modern comfort. You will appreciate its beautiful ceiling height, its exposed beams and its warm atmosphere. It includes a double bed (160 × 200 cm), two single beds (90 × 190 cm), as well as a seating area and TV. The sofa can be used as an extra bed for a child. An office space completes the whole. The private bathroom with toilet is adjacent to the bedroom and separated by a curtain (without a door). The room has bed linen and towels, a courtesy tray (coffee, tea, herbal tea), a coffee machine, a kettle, a hairdryer, as well as an organic shower gel and shampoo for your comfort. Enjoy free Wi-Fi and a sunny terrace, ideal for breakfast or a relaxing time. Baby equipment available upon request: baby bed, highchair, booster seat, potty, changing table, games and toys. Guest access In addition to their bedroom with private bathroom and toilet, guests have access to our common living room, a friendly space dedicated to relaxation and sharing. You will find a rest area with sofa and ottomans, as well as a dining area to enjoy the breakfasts or dinners that we offer on request. For your leisure time, enjoy an arcade terminal to fall back into childhood and a foosball table for frenzied games with friends and family. A sunny terrace is also available to guests, ideal for a morning coffee or relaxing at the end of the day. Books, board games and toys are also available for young and old. During your stay We live on site and are happy to welcome our guests upon arrival. Always available, we remain at your disposal for any questions or needs during your stay. Aurélien is fluent in fluent English, which makes it easy to communicate with our international guests. We are discreet, but always happy to share a friendly moment or advise you on the surroundings. Other things to note The guest house is on the 1st floor, the rooms on the 2nd floor (no elevator). We have 2 cats, who stay out of the rooms. Children up to 2 years stay for free. Parking: Place du Marché (blue zone) or Place de l'Hôtel de Ville (free). Move your vehicle on Thursday evening for the Friday morning market. Location: all shops are within walking distance: cafés, bakeries, artisanal pastries, grocery store, tobacco shop, laundromat. A supermarket with gas station is 1.3 km away. The nearest highway exit is 6 km away. Amenities: fridge and microwave available, free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels provided. Beds made on arrival Catering by reservation: breakfast (€10/pers.), dinner (€20/pers.) Rules: no smoking, no parties, pets not allowed except assistance animals, secure access by video surveillance. We also offer a cottage for 2 people, located on the ground floor with independent entrance, for more privacy and autonomy.
