Walking distance to the local grocery store, coffee shop, park, and restaurants. Extra storage is offered in the shed in the back yard to store all of your outdoor equipment. The key will be available for you upon check in. Master Suite- California King bed, Smart TV, half bath with access to shower room. Walk in closet Bedroom #2- Queen Bed, Smart Tv, closet Bedroom #3- Queen Bed, Smart Tv, closet Main bathroom with access to shower room. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a short or longer term stay! Family room is comfortable and inviting with 2 couches, Smart TV, faux fireplace, and separate seating corner for the whole family to relax in. The dining room off of the kitchen looks out to the backyard. From the backyard, you'll have a beautiful view of the Gondola leading up the mountain. All linens and towels are provided, with separate towels available for dogs. Toiletries, laundry soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc... are provided for your stay. Pack n Play is available for guest use, as well as a small high chair. High speed internet throughout. STR 24-12 Guest access You'll have private access to the entire house, yard, and shed with the exception of one closet in the bathroom. The shed is lockable with a key that is accessible to guests. Other things to note No smoking on the premises. If smoke or evidence of smoking is detected, guests will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $250.
