TOT 2485N This cozy home is 840 sq feet. There is one private bedroom and one bathroom with large shower. The second bed is located in the sitting/ living room area adjacent to the kitchen in an open floor plan. It’s a chest bed and can be folded away. If you have 2 guests, but would like both beds, please request the second bed to be made. The bathroom door is located inside the bedroom so guests staying in the main living area will have to enter the bedroom to use the bathroom which is right next to the entrance door. There is a privacy screen in the bedroom. We now have an additional 43 inch Roku on a rolling stand, In the living room area. Both TVs have Roku, Prime Vid, Netflix and many other apps. Just bring your own log in! Oak wood floors throughout. Cozy gas fire place that’s currently for ambiance only and a a neat, small collection of local art/wine country posters. We now have a fire pit for guests to enjoy as well as a hot tub overlooking the creek. We always offer coffee and tea for our guests with cream and sugar as well and have all the basic amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, soaps, paper products, olive oil and salt and pepper for cooking as well as cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses, mugs, cookware and a six person dining set. There is an ice machine in the freezer with ice made for you. No more than 4 guests are permitted to stay the night. Please note we are located in an extremely quiet and safe neighborhood. Your biggest threat (;-)) are bugs and animals. We’re a little country. Bug spray is provided! Guests are welcome to enjoy the yard and deck behind the creek house as well as the grass between the houses. The owners and their cat do live on the property, however there is lots of privacy. There is a designated parking spot directly in front of the garage. We have many seating areas in the California sun or in the shade as well as several umbrellas. No more than 4 guests are permitted to stay the night. I am available by phone. If you would like to meet the owners, they are happy to say hello, otherwise you will have privacy. We are situated in a small neighborhood 2 miles from downtown Glen Ellen and 5 miles to Sonoma Plaza. The neighborhood is very quiet. We live on a street that backs up to the local creek. The neighbors are extremely friendly. It's a great place to take a walk. There is a small convenience store and gas station within walking distance and a great Mexican deli and small grocery store on the other side of the neighborhood. We also have a small park. Contact me for wine tour driving services. Uber can be iffy or completely unavailable. Do not rely on ride sharing. Sonoma Taxi is usually available and there is a local bus route. We are located on the Sonoma Creek. Please use at your own risk. There is a steep drop off into the creek. Lots of amazing wildlife visit daily and sounds of nature are not uncommon. There is a $25 fee for cleaning the bbq if left messy.
