2.5 hours from Paris and Lyon, come and enjoy our family farmhouse with private swimming pool, ideal for 10 people. At the foot of the canal, the perfect place for your walks or bike rides. Close to Morvan, enjoy the lakes of Settons and Pannecière for a picnic by the water, Vézelay, Guédelon and much more. The house has an equipped kitchen, large dining/living room, 5 bedrooms and 2 toilets. Enclosed garden, swimming pool and your pets are welcome! The space On the ground floor: a spacious and fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee makers, kettle, toaster), a dining/living room perfect for convivial meals, separate toilet, TV and Wi-Fi access. Upstairs: one bedroom with 160 cm double bed, four bedrooms with 140 cm double bed, one bathroom with toilet. The accommodation is heated by a heat pump and also has a washing machine. Non-smoking gîte and pets allowed, so your four-legged friends can also enjoy the stay. Sheets, towels and linen provided. The beds will be made upon your arrival. For your social moments, enjoy the barbecue and the swimming pool (open from May 1 to September 30). Your vehicles will be parked safely on the property.
