Pets are always welcome, so bring the whole family and make yourself at home at Zia Casita! Other things to note - Smoking/Vaping/Marijuana: We ask that all smoking be done outside to include the garage area. 10-15 feet away from the house will do. A fee of $150 dollars will be taken if the smoking rules are broken. - Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code and check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized check-in message the day before of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. -Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. - Pets: If you are bringing your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee of $15 per pet per day (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. We ask that dogs be crated when you're not home. Additional rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook. -Trash: The city of Portales uses community dumpsters located in the alley behind the house. The easiest way to get to it is to follow the sidewalk around the corner, past the house and the brick building. - Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour, unless coordinated prior. - Additional Fees: To ensure we have enough time to prepare for future guests, please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These fees help cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to accommodate your request. -Farmtown: As we're located in a rural farming community, occasional flies and small insects can be common, especially during certain seasons. We take proactive measures to minimize them through regular pest control and maintenance, but a few may occasionally make their way inside.
