Before accessing the apartment, each guest will need to provide their ID and sign an information sheet at the trustee's office. For check-in before 5pm, the form will be signed the same day, otherwise the next day. Please send me your IDs before you arrive to facilitate this first access. In addition: After every checkout, we systematically change the bedding, towels, duvet covers and pillow covers. In accordance with Moroccan law, the guest must provide their ID as soon as the booking is confirmed. POOL RULES Pool Access 1.1. Use of the pool is strictly reserved for residents of the Peninsula residence, including co-owners and their tenants duly registered and identified by the security service. 1.2. Only persons wearing the pool bracelet, provided by the property manager, can access the pool. 1.3. Each apartment can receive up to 4 bracelets, which must be worn visibly during use. 1.4. Tenants are not allowed to have guests. Opening Hours 2.1. The pool is accessible daily from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 2.2. Access outside these hours is strictly prohibited. Safety and Surveillance 3.1. From July 1, 2024, a security guard will monitor the pool. 3.2. A lifeguard will be present from July 1, 2024 until August 31, 2024 to ensure the safety of users. 3.3. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult. An exemption may be granted for unaccompanied children, provided a signed parental release is presented. Behavior and Hygiene 4.1. It is imperative to shower before using the pool and wear a suitable swimsuit. It is strictly forbidden to enter the water in clothing. 4.2. Noisy behavior, back dives and any risky behavior are prohibited. 4.3. The consumption of food and drink is prohibited within the pool enclosure. 4.4. The presence of pets in the pool area is strictly prohibited. 4.5. No smoking in the pool area. Respect for Facilities 5.1. Users are required to respect the equipment and facilities made available to them. 5.2. Any damage caused to the facilities will be the responsibility of the person who caused the damage. 5.3. Please place your waste in the containers provided for this purpose. Punishment measures 6.1. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the prohibition of access to the pool. 6.2. Serious or repeated offenses may be reported to the competent authorities and may result in legal proceedings. Specific Provisions 7.1. The property manager reserves the right to temporarily close the pool for maintenance, safety, or any other reason deemed necessary. 7.2. Residents will be notified of any temporary closure by posting or electronic communication. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all. Guest access Entry document to be signed with security officers upon arrival + photo ID for each accompanied person. Max 3 people Other things to note * Unauthorized guests: Invitations from other people are strictly forbidden without prior authorization. The maximum number of guests allowed is 3 people, including invitees. * Non-smoking: The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Any violation of this rule will result in additional cleaning fees. Compliance with Moroccan laws In accordance with Articles 490 and 497 of the Moroccan Penal Code, conduct contrary to the law is prohibited. The host may cancel the reservation or end the stay in the event of non-compliance. Quiet and respect for the neighborhood Excessive noise, parties, or any nuisance to the neighborhood are strictly prohibited. Legal use of the accommodation The accommodation must be used only for accommodation purposes and in compliance with Moroccan law. Identification Valid identification may be requested upon arrival for registration in accordance with the law. Cleanliness and maintenance Please keep the premises clean and in good condition.
