A proper escape from the city - 90min from Cape Town The space There are two queen size bedrooms downstairs with private patios, outdoor showers and amazing views of the sea, and 3 bedrooms upstairs with opening sky lights overlooking the sea. 4 of the bedrooms are en-suite. The living area includes a well-equipped open plan kitchen, large dining table and a comfortable lounge with fireplace. The indoor braai is great for winter and windy days. Additional firewood is available in the garage. There is a table tennis table in the garage and kayaks for your use. Jacobsbaai is a safe sleepy little town and you won't find a property closer to the beach than this with these kind of views. A back-up battery and inverter ensures your enjoyment is not interrupted by load shedding or power failures. There are shutter guard window shutters on all the doors and windows for security at night should you choose, but it is not necessary to use during the day.
