The space Enjoy the charm of this 1940s home restored to its original beauty. 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath home with a Full size pull-out sleeper sofa to accommodate 6 guests comfortably. The second level of the home is the entire bedroom with excellent views of Central Michigan's campus. This room comes furnished with a King Size Plush bed, walk-in closet, remote overhead light and fan, and a 3 piece bistro set next to the window to enjoy the views. The second bedroom is on the main level, off of the kitchen. This room comes with a Full-Size bed with Plush Mattress, and bi-fold mirror closet. This room also has remote overhead light and fan. The bathroom is right off of the kitchen and comes with a standing shower. Stocked with towels, toilet paper, blow dryer, q-tips, and cotton balls. This is an older home, so the bathroom ceiling is a bit low. Please be mindful of this if anyone in your party is over 6 feet. The dining/living room area comes with a 4-seat dining table with 2 barstools & bar adjacent to accommodate all 6 guests. The sleeper-sectional couch pulls out to a Full-Size space and comes with sheets and bedding stored in the chaise lounge of the couch. The basement is perfect for the gaming enthusiasts as it comes stocked with board games, along with a full-size ping pong table and fuse ball table. The basement also has a full washer and dryer for guest use. Enjoy the backyard outdoor fire pit and patio area where you can relax in private with the 8 foot wrap around privacy fence. Guest access The entire house and patio are available to all guests. Other things to note The driveway can fit 2 vehicles. If you plan to have more than 2 vehicles, please contact the host in advance as there is no street parking, but we do have a guest street pass. Cars will be ticketed or towed if parked on the street without this pass. .
