On the hill with magnificent views of the genuine part of the fishing village with the sea and Stenshuvud in the background is this small newly built house. Here, everything is in a small area, new, fresh and even cozy in the form of a fireplace. Vik is a perfect base for experiencing Österlen and Äppelriket's all the strawberry picking places. If you want to get out of here at all... You might as well sit and enjoy the view and maybe stretch to a swim in the sea 200 meters down, every now and then! The space In total, the living area is close to 60 m2, where the ground floor consists of kitchen and living room/dining room with fireplace, bathroom and bedroom with bunk bed where the bottom bunk is a double bed and the top bunk is a single. Upstairs, there is the second bedroom with a double bed after a small landing. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed for two if you need extra sleeping places! In addition to the entrance door, which faces the two car parking spaces facing the street, there are two glass doors directly out on the wooden deck from the kitchen and from the dining room with outdoor furniture in three different places on the plot as well as two sun loungers and a kettle grill. Guest access You will have the entire house and property for yourselves. Other things to note Please respect the pet and smoking ban in the house because we have allergies in the family! Remember to bring your own duvet covers, pillowcases, sheets and towels. Duvets and pillows are available for loan. There is cleaning equipment to clean the house with before check-out. If you instead want to order cleaning, it costs an additional SEK 1200, which is paid either in cash or via Swish. Please notify us at least two days before you leave the house if you would like cleaning help so that we have the opportunity to schedule this before the next group checks in. The nearest towns with larger shopping opportunities are Kivik, about 9 kilometers north and Simrishamn 7 kilometers south. Vik has a small harbor kiosk that sells ice cream on beautiful summer days. Otherwise, there is a possibility to go to one of the golf restaurants that are within a few kilometers walking distance. You can also get to Rörum, 3 km away, which houses both Mandelmanns café and Franskans Crêperie.
