Pearl’s Hidden Treasure 1 BDR sleeps up to 4

This is a very nice 1 BDR guesthouse. It sits in back of our property it is a quiet, private & relaxing place to be. There is a fenced in yard to enjoy. You are centrally located to all main attractions on the peninsula and major highways. I am sure you will enjoy staying here. The space This house has 1 large bedroom with a king size bed and a queen sofa bed in the living room . I have a single Luxury resort rollaway bed with a comfortable foam mattress that is folded in the closet. There is a small laundry room with a washer and dryer in the house off of the bedroom. There is one bathroom with a tiled shower. The living room, kitchen and dining area are all open style. On the wall is a 50” TV in the front room and a 43” TV in the bedroom. There is a fenced in yard and driveway parking. This area is usually the sunniest on the peninsula. Your close to all peninsula events, restaurants, bus stops, walking path, bike path, and the beach. Guest access This is a guesthouse so you have a private entrance, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, bedroom and living room. It also has a fenced in yard which you can BBQ. Our yard is currently being updated When you get to the property and pull into the driveway you will see a white line. Park between the white line and the house. park far enough to the left so that others can still use the driveway. Walk all the way down the driveway to get to the guest house in the back. you will go through a gate and walk up to the house Other things to note We ask that you limit one night stay requests until the beginning of the month of which you are requesting There are rooms that are occupied by guests in the front house so your consideration of noise level is appreciated Please park in designated parking space in the driveway so that other cars can use the driveway.
