Welcome to the charming holiday flat in Kienberg, not far from Lake Chiemsee. Our house is a charming, quietly situated building in a natural setting. It impresses with its cosy atmosphere. The holiday flat in the house has a separate entrance for privacy and is ideal for relaxing stays. There is a small seating area with table on the balcony (smoking is permitted here). Our holiday flat is located on the 1st floor of our house with a fenced property where you have a parking space for your car. The holiday flat offers space for up to 5 people on approx. 60 square metres. A locked room is available for your bicycles, skis or prams. Entrance area: Flooded with light with cloakroom and shoe cupboard. Kitchen-cum-living room: Coffee & pad machine for the perfect start to the day. Toaster & hot air fryer for crispy rolls and snacks. Kettle for tea and hot drinks. Dishwasher for stress-free tidying up. Induction hob & oven for cooking enthusiasts. Fridge-freezer combination for flexible food storage. Microwave for quick preparation. Fully equipped with crockery, pots, glasses and tea towels. Cosy dining area - ideal for eating together, games evenings or a glass of wine. Bedroom: Box-spring bed (180x200 cm), travel cot available. Spacious wardrobe for your clothes. Change of bed linen on request. Living room: Sofa bed (140x200 cm) for two people, long chair (90x200 cm) as additional sleeping area. Flat screen TV, DVD player, DVDs, games and books. Additional storage space in the sideboard. Swedish stove for a cosy atmosphere (1 basket of wood included, additional wood for an extra charge). Small, unusual bathroom: Shower, WC with hairdryer, shower and hand towels (replacement if required). Balcony: Access from the bedroom and living room. Seating area with table and two chairs. Our two dogs Ronja and Luke are the unofficial guardians of the house - sometimes they take their job a little too seriously and enthusiastically announce when someone drops by. Pets on request. Other things to note On the fenced property there is a car parking space for you, as well as a lockable storage facility for bicycles and e-bikes. A pizzeria, an inn with home-style cooking and a garden café are all within walking distance. There is also a small village shop in the village.
