Single-storey detached house nestling among pine trees and nature. The peace and quiet of the Canteras countryside, 10 minutes from Cartagena town centre and the beaches of Portus, La Azohia and Isla Plana. Located 120 km from Alicante airport, 30 km from Mazarron and 50 km from Murcia. Golf courses: La Manga Club Resort, Hacienda Alamo, Mar Menor golf club, El Valle Golf and Alhama between 20 and 30 km. The space The house comprises 2 living rooms with TV, 1 open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms with WC, 1 pergola and garden, plenty of parking. Sleeps six in bedrooms and a double sofa bed. Reversible air-conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and two living rooms, double-glazing, window screens, shutters, washing machine and dishwasher. Guest access On leaving Canteras, leave the main road at the fork in the road and turn left onto the RM-E21. After 100 metres, turn left at the sign for Casa del Pino, continue along the dirt track for 350 metres and then turn left at a dead end. This is the entrance to the house on the left (red bricks and grey gate). Open the gate manually, then drive up along the pine trees to the front of the house. Welcome to the house!
