Your Lake Ouachita adventure begins at this charming 2-BR, 2-B condo on LakeOuachita. 1King bed, 2trundle beds,& 1child bed, Living room equiped with 1Queen sofa bed&1twin sofa bed. Enjoy numerous activities such as boating, swimming,hiking,pickle ball,tennis,basketball, fishing, &horse back riding.From our Bear Den you are close to 2 pools,a beach,tennis,pickle ball,basketball, playgrounds,trails for walking,mountain biking &ATV riding.A favorite is Hickory Nut Mountain. The view is incredible! The space -The Bear Den is a upper end unit with a unit on the one side. There is potential to hear sounds from neighboring units. Please be mindful that neighbors can also hear loud noises omitting from within the unit. One parking space is provided per condo. Parking perpendicular is necessary. Other vehicles can be parked in Overflow parking areas at the top of the parking lot or at Turtle Cove Spa. Trailers shall be parked in Overflow areas. -Follow all posted condo community rules -Quiet time 10:30pm-8am -Security phone numbers are posted with in the unit if needed. If security is called to the unit for disturbances a charge is assessed per occurrence by the POA. -No Smoking indoors. -No Animals. -By reporting issues, guests give permission for entry to address issues. -Location is rural there are insects and wild animals * no refunds or compensation will be given -There could be power and/ internet outages * no refunds or compensation will be given. - During the holidays the Bear Den will be decorated for the occasion. Check out: Please load and start dishwasher, gather dirty towels and linens in front of washer. Guest access The whole Condo and Resort facilities as long as rules are followed. No animals are allowed in Resort facilities. Guests enjoy full access to Marina, pools, launch ramps, hiking trails, tennis courts and basketball courts. Other amenities that can be enjoyed at additional cost include Turtle Cove Spa, Mountain Harbor Horse Riding Stables; Boat, jet ski, kayak, canoe rentals, Guided fishing tours There is a lodge restaurant offering dining, callin, & to-go orders. During the week they close from 2-5. Shangrila Cafe is open serving breakfast lunch and dinner, both have lake views and can be accessed by water. Other things to note Other things to note The most popular thing about the area is THE LAKE! Take a dip off the shore line, put your boat in at the marina, or rent a boat and have a great time. Take a day trip into Hot Springs. Have a competitive BBall game and then a dip in the pool. Schedule a fishing trip with a local guide, then take your catch to the lodge for them to prepare a family style feast. Adventure through the National Forest on horse back with John at Mountain Harbor Riding Stables. Go for a crystal dig at one of many local digs. Seasonally decorated for holidays.
