The property benefits from a variety of living spaces throughout the ground floor, meaning guests can choose to gather together or equally have some quiet time in the garden room. The cosy sitting room features an exposed stone fireplace with log burning stove and plush, comfortable seating to enjoy the Smart TV complete with Freeview and Sky. The Garden Room, which opens up to the garden terrace, features a large dining table with seating for ten guests to enjoy a meal together. This space also features comfortable seating at either end of the room, making this a very comfortable and sociable space. The well-equipped kitchen features all the modern amenities you would expect, including two ovens for those larger meals. Outside you will find a large rear terrace with an outside dining table and charcoal barbecue. Longborough House is located in the wonderful village of Longborough, sitting to the rear of the exemplary local pub The Coach & Horses serving a variety of local produce from its regularly changing menu, in an authentically country environment; you will not need to go far to get a taste of all that the Cotswolds has to offer.
