Recharge in our beautiful brand new boho vibe 3 bedroom 2 bath cozy house and rejuvenate in jacuzzi, sauna and cold plunge perfectly surrounded by nature and the nights stars in between Cahuilla and Thomas Mountain at the base of Idlewild. The space Our 3 bedroom 2 bath brand new home has all the comforts of city living surrounded by nature and acreage at your fingertips. Living room Enjoy time with friends and family comfortably with mood lighting surround sound and smart tv along with our google home nest thermostat heater for those winter nights and ac for summer days. Kitchen Stocked with everything you need to host a dinner party and special breakfast, lunch or dinner and bbq. Brand new smart fridge, stove/oven and dish washer so you can continue to enjoy your time vs wash dishes. Bedrooms The master bedroom has a queen bed and its private bathroom with all brand new amenities. Nice size closet with ample room for two. The two guest rooms have full size beds and share the second bathroom. All brand new linens, pillows and comforters for a blissful night of sleep after a day of adventure or continuous relaxation. Wash/Dryer Both are brand new and available just behind the kitchen before you exit to the back deck. Front/Back deck Sit and enjoy the view while you listen to sounds of nature and or your favorite tunes. They are equally a great place to enjoy food with friends and or just enjoy the scenery. Jacuzzi Rejuvenate your full body in our brand new Cal Spas 65 jet full body pressure point massage 6 person jacuzzi with mood lighting and surround sound Bluetooth speakers. All while stargazing our amazing planetarium! Ice bath Our ice bath invigorates your senses and maximizes recovery so you wake up rejuvenated day after day. Our wellness circuit is the trifecta to feeling better than you have ever felt and holistically in line with the best therapeutic regiments your body needs. Sauna Get back in the heat in our fresh cedar aroma therapy 6 person sauna to sweat out your toxins and cleanse you free of any last stress you might have. Also outfitted with Bluetooth speakers and mood lighting to continue the vibe from step 1 to 3 of our wellness program that will have you feeling better than you ever have. Game room Ready to have some fun and or prove who’s the top dog!? Pool, ping pong, air hockey, darts, foosball, beer pong, super sized jenga, and horse shoes. All while enjoying music and or your special NHL, NFL, NBA, MLB or UFC on the big screens and bar and eating and living room. Hiking We have hiking trails just outback of the property and if you want to head up the hill to Idlewild it’s a short 20 minute drive and you have world class hiking and site seeing. Per friendly Bring your buddy’s and have them enjoy the vibe as well. Please be cautious you are surrounded gated and secured, but coyotes can jump 6’ fences and do wander the property at night. They are more scared of us and are shy, but if you have small dogs please be watchful. We also have hawks and owls. In peak summer be cautious of rattlesnakes near heavy brush. Nature is beautiful, but it’s also wild so please be cautious and respectful to your surroundings. An additional pet deposit of $500 will be required and cleaning fee* Guest access You are free to enjoy all of the properly. Our greenhouse facility is off limits and gated. Please do not enter any area that is gated. You have 20 acres in front of the house with 7 acres of grapes. The back 30 acres are raw land and we have a graded driving path from front to back. Feel free to walk it and explore. Once you get to the back of the property you will see our 2 5k gallon water tanks. Our property line is 300 feet past that. After that you are in BLM land. Other things to note We are in a high fire risk area please do not burn any wood and be cautious if you are bbq outside. No smoking allowed due to fire hazard. Be very respectful with your trash. If you see trash pick it up and leave your environment cleaner than you found it. The wind blows and trash can spread from time to time.
