Waterside barns – a unique getaway We invite you to our modern 35 m² barns with unique terraces suspended over the water. Located in the town of Małe Olecko, they offer a unique view of a large lake and are in the immediate vicinity of the shoreline. This place is made for those seeking tranquility, nature, and comfort in a minimalist yet refined style. Each barn has been designed to maximize contact with the surrounding nature. The space Imagine morning coffee on a hanging terrace overlooking the lake, a day spent on a SUP board or a boat, and an evening by the campfire or in a hot tub under the starry Masurian sky. We invite you to our year-round barn-style cottages in Mały Olecek. On a private, fenced plot of 3,500 m², directly bordering the lake's shoreline, there are two cottages for rent – so you can enjoy the quiet, the space, and true relaxation away from the crowds. Each cottage is designed for 6 people and has a hanging terrace overlooking the lake. Guests have access to a closed bedroom for two, a mezzanine with a sleeping area for two more, and a comfortable sofa in the living room. Year-round comfort is ensured by underfloor heating, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator. Guests can use a private jetty, a boat, a pedalo, SUP boards and bicycles. There are grills on the terraces, and right by the lake, we have prepared a fire pit with a unique view of the water. There is also a wood-fired hot tub at Domek na Skarpie, perfect for relaxing after a day full of Masurian adventures. Lake Małe Olecko is a quiet, intimate place, perfect for swimming, fishing and relaxing close to nature. Pets are welcome, and there is free parking on the property.
