Guavate only 15 minutes away. Let us be your home away from home and discover the magic that awaits you. The space 🏡The entire place is completely private for you and your family. Accommodates up to 17 guests. 🏊 Our pool is saltwater which is healthier for your skin and optimal pool maintenance. This does not mean that it feels salty like the sea, nor do your eyes burn when they come into contact with the water, nor do you feel the itch that chlorine pools often leave on your skin.😌 It's a two-story house. 1️⃣ The first floor house has: 🛌- A bedroom with a queen size bed, closet to store clothes, split type air conditioning, inflatable mattress, small table and chair ideal for work area as shown in the images. We always leave extra bedding and blankets for you. 📺 The living room is spacious, has a sofa bed, reading material, the TV offers local channels. 👨‍🍳 The kitchen is small but very well designed for your comfort: it has a microwave, electric coffee maker, a full refrigerator with a fairly large freezer, the stove is electric with two burners, cutlery, glasses, cups, pan, pots, wine bottle opener, in short we have thought of all the basic needs for you. 🚿- The bathroom has hot water in the shower, we provide towels, bath gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, toilet paper 🧻, hand soap. 2️⃣ The second floor house has: 🛏️ There are two bedrooms, both with split air conditioning: Bedroom 1: has two full size bunk beds, accommodating 8 guests. Closet for storing clothes. Bedroom 2: has a queen size bed. Closet to store clothes. 🛋️ In the living room there are two sofa beds (futon type) each with capacity for one guest. Portable fan. 📺The TV does not offer cable, it is smart, you can connect it to your phone and use your own apps. 🧑‍🍳 Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner stove, electric coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, pans, pots, wine glasses, cups, wine bottle opener, dishwasher detergent, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. 🚿- The bathroom has hot water in the shower. We provide towels, bath gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, toilet paper 🧻, and hand soap. 🛟Pool floats may vary based on availability. 🌳In the city of Cidra, Los Pinos sector, about 10 minutes from downtown. The city of Cidra is about 40 minutes from San Juan and 15 minutes from the nearest Walmart. The space is spacious, clear, fresh, and relaxing. Ideal for disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the city and connecting with nature, in a tropical environment, perfect for your rest. 🏥The first aid kit is under the sink. We always leave trash bags for the bathroom and kitchen. ✅-Always check the kitchen and bathroom shelves. There is a Mini Market that is only 3 minutes from the property "Arenas mini market" 🧊- If you need to buy ice, you can get it at that Mini Market. 🍖 -The BBQ is charcoal, we do not offer charcoal. If guests wish to use it, they must bring it. 🍃- The outdoor spaces are very spacious, full of nature and we have created different seating areas for your comfort. 💫We want you to feel at home and not have to go out to look for anything outside.🙏😊 If you are in Puerto Rico, the "chinchorreo" characterizes us. We have created a guide to varieties of restaurants, bakeries among other places of interest for your best experience, where you can enjoy the Puerto Rican flavor. Other things to note ❌I prohibit exchanging items between one house and the other, whatever. This will be fined between $500 according to gravity.❌ ️Important note: Late check out will be charged $50 for each additional hour, likewise if guests enter before check-in.️ ❌No cooking oil is offered. IMPORTANT: 🔴Abuse of cleaning services will be fined, unnecessary excessive garbage, smell of smoke, etc., will have a fine of $200 as the case may be. 🔴 The keys are “unique keys” so there is no possibility to get a copy. Losing keys is equivalent to completely changing the lock and has a penalty of $400. ЮATTENTION ️ASSADOR️ Golden crockery is not for use, it is only decorative. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 We accept children because we support family union but it should be borne in mind that the place has not been designed for children, it is very important that minors must be supervising by adults at all times under their responsibility. The patio is typical open for country grounds, if you plan to bring your pet should take it into consideration. ю️ After 3:00 pm we are flexible with the arrival of our guests since we understand the different situations. But you should keep in mind that if you plan to arrive late at night, you may not have assistance from our team, even though the instructions are very accurate and useful, you are responsible!!️
