Guests come here for a quiet and comfortable stay. We are conveniently located less than a five minute drive from restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and the Kenai River. This home is in town but very private with a lot of trees on the property and a fenced in yard. The space Guests will get one side of a duplex. There is a beautiful newly remodeled kitchen, two newly remodeled bathrooms, two bedrooms, a large living room, a dining room, and a laundry room. One bedroom contains a queen size bed and the second bedroom includes a full size bed and a twin size bed. Guests will have their own private fenced in front yard with a large deck to relax on that catches the morning and evening sun in the summer time. Included is a BBQ and stocked up kitchen which allows guests to cook up their freshly caught salmon after a long day of fishing. Guest access Guests will have access to everything in the house except the garage. Other things to note If there are more than 5 guests we offer one roll away twin bed at your request for the additional guest fee.
