You will feel comfortable in this room. Here you will find relaxation AND centrality! The space Our beautiful villa has a total of 5 double rooms and 3 bathrooms. In the main house there are 2 double rooms on each floor, 1 bathroom with toilet and a living / dining room. In addition, there is a separate, large apartment (87 sqm) with its own entrance and direct access to the pool. It has 1 double room with 1 en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as 1 living/dining room. Via a tiled staircase you can reach the pool (8 x 4 x 1.30 - 1.50 m), which is available for joint use! The pool warms up over the sun and has from the beginning of May approx. 20°C, in June 25°C and in July/August very pleasant 28°C-30°C. Shady arcades offer the ideal chill-out option, especially in summer. 5 different garden levels and 4 terraces on 1600 square meters offer space for individual privacy and oases of peace. There is everything your heart desires in the garden. Enjoy oranges, lemons, grapefruit, medlars, pears, pomegranates and fresh herbs such as rosemary, sage, lemon verbena and mint from organic farming. The wide open view over the plain of Montroy is spectacular and a cocktail on the terrace at sunset invites you to dream. In Spain, life takes place mainly outside, so a BBQ area with paellero is a must. Otherwise, of course, we have many recommendations from good restaurants in Montroy and Montserrat, as well as from well-known and traditional restaurants in Valencia (reservation absolutely necessary!!!). One of the outstanding features of the villa is the proximity to the village!!! In 500 - 700 meters you will find various bars, small restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, gas stations and other items of daily use. This means everyone can eat, drink and party outside without having to use the car. Since we moved into the villa in May 2022, many things, such as the kitchen equipment (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans...), towels, bed linens and some furniture are brand new. Here it is particularly important to us to combine a pleasant, relaxed ambience with functionality and to equip the house not only with the minimum for 10 people. There are also plenty of dishes, cutlery and glasses available for extra guests or multiple meals. So it doesn't always have to be rinsed :-) Guest access Access is via a key box at the entrance gate or in person if we are on site when you arrive. This gives you access to the villa and room at any time, no matter when you arrive. You will receive the code shortly before arrival. For the room, you will be given a separate code for the lock on the door. During your stay We are available through Airbnb, but also through WhatsApp and phone. We will probably even be there in person. Other things to note The property is located inland, about 25 km outside of Valencia and its beautiful beaches in the tranquil town of Montroy. The fully fenced grounds of the villa offer parking for 2 cars. Parking is available right in front of the villa on the street. However, you will not necessarily need a car in the village, because the village center with grocery stores, pizzeria, bars and cafes etc. is also within easy walking distance. If you value local products: every Monday there is a small market in the town center. More shopping and restaurants are available in Montserrat, 3 km away. Valencia is accessible not only by car, but also by bus, which runs regularly from Montroy – for example to the large market "El Cid," which is held every Wednesday in Valencia. And if you want to enjoy a wonderful sunset, we recommend the Torre de Montroy – the landmark of the place – with its spectacular views. Valencia is definitely worth a visit and is considered the capital of orange blossom! Between November and March the fruits ripen in the winter sun, between April and May is the flowering season. Then the city and the whole region sinks into the intense and sweet scent of orange blossoms.
