Large, nice fenced plot, Jacuzzi, sauna and small cottage that accommodates two smaller rooms. As a tenant, you have the whole place to yourself. Enjoy your vacation in this fresh, modern and nicely decorated house with all the amenities that make your vacation relaxing and give you time to enjoy just being free. Here you can swim in the Jacuzzi completely without being seen by neighbors, during all seasons. The space The main building is 75 square meters and there is a large bedroom with blackout roller blinds, a double bed and an armchair. Beautiful view of the farm, neighbor's horse pasture and forest. Living room-kitchen with open plan, overlooking the nice garden. In the spacious living room, there is a sofa and two armchairs, a single bed, fireplace, Sonos music system and a 65-inch TV. Super fast fiber WiFi. Air heat pump/AC is located in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for cooking. Dining area for 5 people. The bathroom has underfloor heating, towel dryer, toilet and shower, sink and washing machine. Two fresh smaller bedrooms in a separate small cottage with a comfortable single bed in both rooms. Air heat pump/AC in the cabin as well as blackout curtains. Toilet and shower only in main building. The spacious terrace is located in partial shade under a glass roof and there is the possibility to eat or relax on the sofa. A barbecue area is available next to the terrace. From August 2021, there is also a luxurious outdoor spa that can accommodate 5 people, the bath is on the terrace under the bare starry sky. The Lill cottage has its own balcony in a sunny location with a table and two chairs. Guest access The property is fenced with metal fence, ideal if you have small children or a dog. At the bottom of the property is a nice greenhouse with some furniture, where you can enjoy nature and watch the horses grazing in the garden next door. The forest borders the property and there are plenty of berries and mushrooms as well as wonderful walking paths. A wood-fired sauna is available next to the small cottage. The house is also great for fall and winter guests. Other things to note It's very quiet in the area. When you sit on the balcony, you hear birdsong and sounds from the forest. Wonderful place to relax. The house is winter-proof, modern with bright decor. Parking space for 3 cars. There is super-fast Wi-Fi through fiber and a large TV with multiple channels.
