We are in the middle of nowhere but not far from anything. 1/2 hour to the north coast. 20mins to Dartmoor. 10 mins to the lake with water activities like kayaking and sailing. Beautiful walks or cycle from the doorstep into Witherdon Woods. The space A well finished unique apartment set in idealistic grounds at the edge of a forestry commission very large woodland. The best of both worlds outside in cosy nature and inside in cosy luxury. Have the outside experience in the Kitchen area and BBQ undercover with fire pit and Sunrise Cabin. Or snuggle up in the open plan lounge dinner and kitchenette with sky light and east, south and west facing windows allows you to soak up the sunlight the whole day (when it’s out). You can enjoy the sun rise and set from inside and outside in your own private space in such a peaceful place. You’ll be able to connect with nature like never before with the birds coming so close and all the wildlife including woodpeckers and owls with deer in the surrounding fields. The outside space is fully enclosed for those bringing doggies to enjoy and relax. The sofa pulls out to a double bed with a screen for privacy and under bed storage. The main bedroom has a pine double bed. Very cute and cosy with a full double wardrobe for your cloths. The bathroom has a full walking large shower with a powerful monsoon head. There is also a full bath with sink and toilet. Outside is a large BBQ area with a fully insulated garden room, The Sunrise Cabin as well as call it with a gas BBQ, fire pit and outdoor sofa and table and chairs. Or enjoy our 96 jet hot tub with waterfalls which is especially fabulous under the stars. You will have exclusive private use except for Monday lunchtimes between 11:00 and 13:00 for maintenance and respite use. Apart from those times it’s always on and ready for you to indulge yourselves. Guest access As you enter the main gate the apartment is around the roundabout and over to the right. There you’ll find another gate which is the entrance to your space. You are free to use the lawn for games and football.
