The room with the day bed has an office space and a 65” Smart TV. The house benefits from superfast broadband. Sliding doors lead from the kitchen to a patio area with an outdoor dining table, reclining chairs and a Weber bbq. This looks onto a fully-enclosed, private garden, which wraps around the house. The outdoor area is gated and safe for little ones to enjoy, while adults can put their feet up. There is off-road parking for 2 cars, and a 7Kw EV charger is also available. Guest access Guests have full, exclusive use of 1 Rudgeway. Self check-in is via a key deposit box. The access code is shared prior to your arrival. Other things to note This is a newly-renovated house, and to maintain the luxurious feel for all guests, we ask that outdoor shoes are not worn inside. Sorry, but the house is not suitable for pets, and there is no smoking inside. Use of the EV charger is available to guests if required at an additional, nominal cost.
