The space The Salem Sunset is located in a brand new luxury neighborhood of homes. Easy to find, and has enough parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway, as well as several spots along the road as well. Large windows in every room, with black out curtains, and comfortable brand new mattresses. The views of the mountains are visible 360° from the property, but the sunsets are particularly spectacular from the living room. Guests will be provided a door code prior to checkin and Sage, your host, will be available for any questions or requests during your stay :) Guest access Guests are welcome to access the front yard, driveway, outside entrance, and the entirety of the Basement apartment. (Backyard access is available upon request, which does include an inground trampoline and pickleball / basketball court as well as lots of grass) Other things to note Please note: Because it is a basement apartment, you will hear occasional noises from your hosts above. But we did include every option of sound proofing available during construction to dampen all noise. So it will be minimal.
