Fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room and dining area. Table and chairs for 4 people. Hallway and external equipment shed. Fireplace, and underfloor heating in the bathroom and on the 1st floor. Bed linen and towels must be brought by guests. TV and Wi-Fi with varying signals (landlord does not take responsibility for TV or Wi-Fi signals). The key to the storage room is hanging in the hallway. Wood stove can be used, but wood for heating is not included in the rent. Heating with heating cables and panel heater is included in the rent. Guest access Parking space for one car, marked with no. 18. If others have taken the parking space, the car must be parked in the space outside the apartment. There is a trail into Hemsedal city center, and it is within walking distance to the ski resort (the ski bus stops directly outside the cabin area), as well as within walking distance to Stavkroa. Other things to note Guests staying only one or two nights are responsible for cleaning. This includes vacuuming and washing floors, washing surfaces such as kitchen counter, stove, fridge and table. Washing of toilet, shower and sink in the bathroom. If the guest does not clean the place before departure, there will be an additional cost of NOK 800. For guests staying more than two nights, cleaning by cleaning staff is mandatory, at an additional cost of NOK 850. Guests must bring towels, pillowcases, duvet covers and sheets. All guests are responsible for disposing of garbage in waste facilities outside the ski resort, at the gate up to the Skarsnuten area.
